  Had new patient appointment scheduled for 9:45. Arrived at 9:30. Front office packed with staff. At 10:30, Dr. Hanna has not even arrived to his office. At 11:00, when he still had not even arrived to the office, I walked out of exam room to cancel my appointment as there were several patients scheduled ahead of me also. I requested back my original copies of radiology reports that I had brought with me as a new patient. A staff member came up and said "She can't have those. We don't give those out until Dr. Hanna's seen them." When I intervened with "Um.. Those are mine that I brought in", she just flicked them towards me and the girl doing the checkout. Very unprofessional staff, but then if working for a doctor who doesn't even care enough about his own practice and patients to show up in a timely manner, I guess they shouldn't be held too accountable. It's doctor's like this that give the medical professional a horrible rep. Having been a nurse for over 20 years, this type patient neglect is unacceptable.

  I've never left a review before but I feel I must warn people about this Doctor. I originally went for shin splints but he never even addressed this rather he made me take all these expensive test completely ignoring my original issue. He was always running late and to busy to answer questions also kept pushing for me to do a sleep study had me do all these blood test, xrays, nerve function test, extremity study, and like three more test all this for shin splints needless to say nothing came from all these test but ask large bill for both me and my insurance. Save your wallet from this INCOMPETENT doctor and go elsewhere.
